Who We Are
SEND&CO will launch on 1st September 2025.
Initially, it will be run solely by its Founder, Charlotte O'Leary, a Specialist Teacher with a wealth of experience.
The plan is to quickly expand by bringing more Specialist Teachers on board. SEND&CO will initially be supporting children in Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

SEND&CO Founder
Charlotte is a dedicated education specialist with over 25 years’ experience across nursery, primary and secondary settings—both mainstream and specialist. For the past 19 years she has served as a Specialist Teacher for her Local Authority, strengthening schools to support and empower learners with additional needs.
Armed with a Masters in Language and Communication Impairment in Children, Charlotte combines deep academic insight with hands-on practice. Early in her career she trained as an Assistant Educational Psychologist, and later broke new ground as the Authority’s first Early Help (CAF) Officer—pioneering early-intervention strategies and cross-agency collaboration.
Known for her warm, collaborative approach, Charlotte has built lasting partnerships with schools, families and multi-disciplinary teams. She thrives on creating inclusive, accessible learning environments and looks forward to forging even more strong, positive relationships across the education sector.
